I'm definitely not the best or most prolific Sims 2 cc creator out there, but I do like to share what I've made from time to time. If you ever have any questions about or problems with anything I've made, please feel free to leave a comment or send me a private message.
Terms of Use:
My usage policy is "meh." Do whatever you want except claim something I've made as your own or put it on any kind of paysite. Credit and links are appreciated, but not necessary.
However, I sometimes make my own textures but mostly I just recolor or do chop jobs. No meshes are my own. So please do honor the terms of use of any of the creators whose meshes or textures I've used.
Models:
All of the sims I use as models were born in-game as part of my story, Next to Nowhere. A few of them are available to download at my LJ. If you want any of the others, just ask. If you're interested in reading the story (yay!), it's here.

Right now, there aren't enough uploads here to make it hard to find something, but you never know. So just to make things even more easy, the cc categories are here on my Tags page. Or you can, you know, use the Tags link at the top of the page.

Grandpa Goes Shopping

I made these for a friend, but it's been a few months ago, so I think it's alright to share them with everyone else at this point. Elder men are seriously cc deficient, so I was trying to help with that.

Myos M11 with Pooklets Colors and Textures

Notes:
Ages: Toddler - Elder
Gender: Male
Required EPs: none
Mesh Needed: MyosM11_MESH (included)
1. Hair is binned and familied.
2. YA textures are linked to Adult for smaller file sizes.
3. Elder hair color is Time Bomb and is linked to black.
4. My base retexture in Volatile is included in the zip, so you can make your own recolors easily if you don't like mine.
5. Files are compressorized.
6. This mesh has a terrible gap at the neck. I am used to shooting around it, but seriously, it's bad. I am not a mesher and I can't fix it. If anyone wants to try their hand at fixing it, they will make my life. MY. LIFE. I am only partially kidding.
7. This is the first retexture I've ever done. If you download this, I would love to hear whether you think it's up to par. Especially if you think it's not. I can't improve if I don't know.
8. I spelled "Dynamite" wrong in the file name and the tooltips. I am embarrassed, but too lazy to change it. Just pretend I was channeling J.J. from Good Times. DYN-O-MITE

When katu put up her new Delicious Milkshake skins, it was almost love at first sight. They have just about everything I've been looking for in a skin for a very long time. There is just a lot of nice detailing that a lot of creators don't bother with--like different fat, fit, and normal musculature, and subtle wrinkles for elders. So I decided to make a set of defaults out of them. Now on to the previews...

Default Eyebrows
Jan. 26th, 2011 08:40 amI've been really hating on all of the eyebrows in my downloads folder lately, especially my defaults. I decided to do a clean-out and get some new stuff and I came across Aquilegia's "You've Got Something on Your Face" set. They seemed to suit my not-too-realistic-but-not-that-matchy game style, so I defaulted her Rensim retextures/Pooklet recolors (bottom picture, middle row at the link above). Then I figured I'd share--because sharing is caring.
From left to right in all the pictures: Madness as Combed, FemFem as Tweezed, Relax as Bushy
Black (Dynomite)
Brown (Depth Charge)
Blonde (Incendiary)
Red (Explosive)
Grey (Time Bomb)

A long time ago, when Djor was bright-eyed and newly graduated from LFT, he needed a new outfit. Okay, so Djor's never been bright-eyed. But he still needed clothes, and I couldn't find anything I liked for him. I liked the casual look of the TSS baggy jeans outfit that cloudlessnights converted on MTS, but I couldn't see Djor getting into having a bunch of junk on his shirt. I also liked strange_tomato's recolors of another TSS conversion, but they had boots and Djor has never struck me as a boots kind of guy. Therefore, I mishmashed the two outfits together. I never really planned on doing recolors or anything, but then Ori asked for some and I was happy to oblige.

Athletic Overhaul
Dec. 28th, 2009 07:57 pmI don't know what got me started on this project. Part of it was inspired by the current GoS default replacement theme. I guess the other part was boredom or something. Whatever the reason, I decided to fix some of the base game outfits that looked like athletic wear but weren't categorized as such.

So some of you know that I went on a desperate search for pajamas the other night. I needed something that was 1. shorts and 2. had a pregnancy morph. HA. Well, I couldn't find much of anything. What I did find was this outfit at AAS (fifth row, first picture) which I already had in my game, these outfits by Gelydh at GoS, and these recolors by JenW. I really liked the Gelydh pjs, but they have no fat or pregnancy morphs. And the color of the maternity pjs from AAS just didn't suit my needs. Also, I had these baseball tees by fanseelamb lurking in my downloads folder, too, just waiting to be used.
So what's a girl to do in that situation? Well, mish-mash some stuff together of course.

2 Moons Tunics

Because I have been uncharacteristically productive, I finally finished fixing Moon's tunic for Marina (or anyone else that might want it). I had actually done two versions, one as a tank tunic and one as a solid, so I just put both up in case anyone prefers one over the other.

I noticed a while back that there were three trench coats from Nightlife that weren't categorized as outerwear and I thought about just extracting and recategorizing them. That just wasn't good enough, so I ended up editing the maxis originals and then doing eight other recolors to boot.
